We’re recruiting!
Do you want to give something back to your local community?
Are you interested in helping more people access and enjoy the cycling trails around Bristol?
Ride Bristol is an off road cycling charity that aims to develop trail facilities for people in and around Bristol and improve accessibility for everyone.
Over the past year we’ve worked hard to set up as a charity, build relationships with landowners and start repairing the mountain bike trails around Ashton Court.
But we want to do so much more and we need help from people like you to do it.
Can you spare about 12 hours a month of your time?
We meet once a month for an hour and a half, the rest of that time is getting stuff done. Depending on your interests and skills ‘stuff’ could mean fundraising, organising events, developing our social media presence, building a rider community, dig days and so much more. You’ll be helping us make decisions, plan for the future as well as carry out day-to-day tasks.
How to apply
There’s no application form, just email us and tell us a bit about yourself, why you want to become a trustee and what sort of activities you’d like to get involved in. We’ll arrange a chat and hopefully a face to face meeting and go from there.
Interested?
You don’t have to be a keen mountain biker to get involved.
If you’re interested, but unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us to find out more.
